- Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Material Breach: If we materially breach the service agreement terms
- Early Cancellation: For monthly retainer services cancelled within the first 7 days with minimal work completed
Services NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will generally NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Dissatisfaction with results due to factors beyond our control (market conditions, competition, budget constraints)
- Failure to provide necessary materials, access, or approvals in a timely manner
- Services already rendered and delivered
- Custom work, reports, or content already provided
- Third-party advertising costs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads spend, etc.)
- Domain registrations, hosting fees, or software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Services where specific deliverables have been completed and accepted
Service-Specific Refund Terms
One-Time Projects
For fixed-price projects such as website development, logo design, or campaign setup:
- Before Work Begins: 100% refund if requested before any work has commenced
- During Initial Phase (0-25% complete): Up to 75% refund may be considered
- Mid-Project (25-50% complete): Up to 50% refund may be considered
- Advanced Stage (50-75% complete): Up to 25% refund may be considered
- Near Completion (75%+ complete): Generally non-refundable
Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services such as SEO, social media management, or content marketing:
- First 7 Days: Full refund available if minimal work has been performed and you’re unsatisfied
- After 7 Days: No refund for the current month, but you may cancel for future months
- Prepaid Months: Unused prepaid months may be refunded if service is cancelled with 15 days notice
Advertising Campaign Management
ℹ️ Ad Spend vs. Management Fees
Please note that advertising spend (money paid to platforms like Google or Facebook) is separate from our management fees and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Only our management fees may be eligible for refund under specific circumstances.
For PPC and paid advertising management:
- Ad spend paid to platforms is non-refundable
- Management fees may be partially refunded if campaigns are not launched as agreed
- Once campaigns are live and running, management fees are generally non-refundable
Consultation and Strategy Services
For consulting, audits, and strategy sessions:
- Before Session: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours in advance
- After Session: Non-refundable once the consultation or strategy session has been conducted
- Deliverables: Once reports or strategy documents are delivered, no refund is available

- Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Partial Refunds
In many cases, a partial refund may be more appropriate than a full refund. Partial refunds are calculated based on:
- Percentage of work completed
- Time invested by our team
- Resources utilized
- Deliverables already provided
- Third-party costs incurred
The refund amount will be the total paid minus the value of services already rendered and any non-recoverable costs.
Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
- Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to your bank account (3-7 business days)
- UPI/Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original payment source (1-3 business days)
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (2-5 business days)

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend all services immediately and pursue collection of any amounts owed.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all services
- Forfeiture of any refund eligibility
- Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
- Legal action to recover costs and damages
Non-Performance and Service Guarantees

While we cannot guarantee specific marketing results, we guarantee professional service delivery according to industry standards and agreed timelines.
If we fail to meet our service commitments due to our fault, you may be eligible for:
- Service credit for future work
- Partial or full refund depending on the severity
- Complimentary additional services to make up for the shortfall
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:
- Serious illness or medical emergencies
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Business closure or bankruptcy
- Other extraordinary situations
